The VSS Family and The Bianca Impact!

This month’s Shout-Out for Women in Construction, goes to VSS’ own Bianca Castaneda out of the West Sacramento Yard. Bianca began her journey in the construction field as soon as she turned 18, obtaining her Flagger Certification and going to work for Telfer, launching her into the world of pavement preservation. In 2021, Bianca came to VSS doing Post & Notify. Soon after, her hard work and dedication led her to be promoted to a Project Coordinator, responsible for handling all the day-to-day logistics for her PM’s.

Bianca is known for her contagious smile and friendly, outgoing personality. Always ready and willing to lend a helping hand to her co-workers, Bianca has shown what hard work and dedication to her craft can lead to as a valuable employee of VSS International. When she’s not at work, Bianca is immensely involved in the world of cars, enjoys a good cup of coffee to start her day, and loves to travel as often as she can.  We thank you for your commitment to the VSS family Bianca and wish you many years of continued success!
