Never to Late to Learn!!

VSS International, Inc. would like to recognize Carl Michler and Greg Erks for their many years of dedication and ethical traits they bring to work daily. In 2023, VSSI was offered an opportunity to start crushing RAP material for the City of Tucson, Arizona. Once we introduced this project to the crew, Carl and Greg stepped up and let us know they wanted to be a part of this opportunity.

Knowing this was new to VSSI, our goal was to make sure we had ethical and dependable employees on site daily to learn and grow with this new process.

As our team has become more familiar with our new task at hand, they are able to pass along training and knowledge to our new team of employees who can develop their skills and abilities by example. The mentorship Carl and Greg can offer by showing their ethics and skills will pay off for the next generation of skilled professionals at VSSI.
