2025 Open Enrollment is Here!
Remember: This will be the only time to make changes to your current health insurance plan until next Open Enrollment in 2026. A Qualifying Life Event (QLE) is the only way a change is permitted outside of the Open Enrollment window. The Open Enrollment window is February 25 – March 16.
At the bottom of this article, please see the attached Benefit Guide, Deduction Authorization and Opt Out forms.
Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts (FSA/DCRA) do not roll over. You must re-elect and add the dollar amount.
If you have the Cigna Health Savings Account (HSA), all funds will roll over into the new plan year. If you are making a weekly contribution and are receiving the company match, you must re-add your contribution. Your weekly contribution and the company match will not automatically continue. Even if you check the “No Changes” box, you still need to add your weekly contribution.

BIOMETRIC SCREENINGS ARE STILL OPEN
Please, please make sure you sign up ahead of time to avoid standing in line. The test will include the following: Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Glucose, HbA1c, blood pressure, weight, waist circumference and BMI. Remember… Biometric Screening is a voluntary event and your results are confidential. Please take heed to your results and consult with your doctor if you have any concerns.
Biometric Screening participants will be entered into a raffle drawing (Spinwheel). We will spin for two $50 Amazon gift cards at each location. The screening will also be a part of a 6 month challenge where you can possibly win $1000. Stay tuned for more details!
