Josh Gay, Chico Plant Foreman

Josh Gay grew up in Quincy, California and is a father of 5. Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and is a rock hound. He has found his home at 711 Materials and has been with the company for 5 years. He currently is the foreman at the Chico aggregate operations.

Prior to 711 Materials Josh worked as a millwright as well as a production manager for multiple quarries in which he traveled with the portable crusher. Josh is aware of the importance of environmental stewardship within our industry. He took the challenge on for the secondary containment area at the Chico facility. It was open to the outside elements and he and his team were able to come up with a simple and cost effective way to solve the problem. He and his team continue to find ways to improve our operations!
