VSS Emultech looks much different these days and the plants are a big part of it. There has been a huge transformation in the functionality, looks, and feel at all our facilities, and Jesse has his hands all over it. From the teams assembled, to the substantial operational improvements, the transformation is impressive. You do not have to spend much time with Jesse to see his commitment to our people and the overall success of Emultech. He blends knowledge with a commonsense approach that focuses on long term success.
We often speak about our people being our greatest asset, and nothing being more important. While this is true, we must remember that individuals alone do not guarantee greatness. Their ability to build teams is where the opportunities for excellence lie. Our plants are a prime example of this.
While this “shout out” is for an individual, the teams are the ones he likely would point out for recognition.
