When it comes to women in the construction industry, it is important to remember that not all women are required to be out in the field every day. All of us here at 711 Materials would like to give a big shout out to Deanna Renteria who makes sure things keep running smoothly at 711 each and every day. Whether she is working with the Sales team, the Dispatch group, or the individual ready-mix and aggregate plants, she is making sure that we are getting everything done and in on time. One co-worker calls her "the mortar of 711" because she holds the place together like mortar does for brick wall. Thank you, Deanna, for all you do, and for keeping us all in line.
