CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is North America’s largest construction trade show representing asphalt, aggregates, concrete, earthmoving, lifting, mining, utilities and more. It was held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, March 14-18, 2023.

Reed Family Companies had over 50 people attend from George Reed, 711 Materials, Reed International, VSS Emultech, VSS International, and Basic Resources. In the exhibit booth, we had employees from Basic Resources and IT, the RTDensity team, Reed International (including VSS Macropaver, Kasi Infrared, and Reed International's new partner, Stepp Manufacturing). Stepp Manufacturing is based out of North Branch, Minnesota and will become a vital part of Reed International moving forward.

There were 2,000 equipment and service manufacturers exhibiting and over 2.8 million square feet! CONEXPO-CON/AGG welcomed international guests from around the world, who joined peers from 130 countries to experience the latest trends, technology and product breakthroughs. CONEXPO-CON/AGG provides the opportunity to talk, test, and connect with today’s leading construction experts. One can hear from industry experts and peers in 190 education sessions. Attendees can attend panels, discover ideas, and create lasting connections within the construction community to grow yourself and business.

With more than 130,000+ attendees this was the largest CONEXPO-CON/AGG ever! VSS Macropaver exhibited in Central Hall along with Kasi Infrared and Stepp Manufacturing. VSS Macropaver had representation from our California-based Sales & Marketing team, but also our international representatives from as far away as Korea, Peru, and Brazil!

This year at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, we unveiled our newest Macropaver, the continuous run Macropaver-CR. At ConExpo, we sold the show unit to Whitaker Contracting Corp from Alabama.

2023 marked Kasi Infrared’s very first CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 - and it couldn’t have been more successful! Thank you to our newest customer, The Hatch Group, from Massachusetts, who drove their new 3-ton Patriot Infrared Repair System straight home from the showroom floor!
