We couldn't be prouder to be part of the incredible 711 Materials team. It is not luck when you're prepared and at the right place at the right time. Our sales team fostered relationships and was there to help an important customer in need.

The customer required a huge pour on a very strict schedule. With the first pour just 10 days from awarding this project to us, we were starting from ground zero. Although we couldn't possibly name everything accomplished in these last 6 days, here are a few highlights:

Sales and QC jumped on submittals, mix designs, and EPDs. Our maintenance team rallied, and our plant was moved and set up in 4 days. The Waterford plant found another gear to increase production. Dispatch started juggling drivers and shipping materials. The shop had all our surplus equipment ready to go to work, while our operations team continued to orchestrate a logistics masterpiece. We jumped on a plane to secure the best unloader for the trucks. Our team is securing drivers to run 2 shifts for our powder trucks, as well as drivers for the mixers and aggregate trucks. We're securing subs, permits, and licenses. We're moving equipment, creating parking, ordering fuel, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks!

It's been just 6 days since we got the job, and the level of expertise of our team has allowed us to accomplish all of this without tunnel vision, while continuing the success of our remaining sites.
