Brian Britt teamed up with Scott Hoff to lead the Waterford crew to new success. Their focus on hiring new talent has paid off in multiple ways. Having the crews fully staffed means better efficiency for getting the work done. Now with more personnel on the roster, the opportunity to cross train members of the team became available. Team members who showed interest in advancing were able to gain new knowledge and skills. Henk Gaalswyk Jr is one such individual that was previously operating a 40-ton Haul truck and showed interest in learning how to operate an Excavator. Brian and Scott coordinated the schedule to train Henk to operate our smaller Cat 370 Excavator. While Henk is still in training for a bigger Excavator, he is operating the Cat 370 Excavator every day now. Great job, Brian and Scott for your efforts to advance people on your crews!
